Windy Rainy Week Report
Thank you for reading this windy rainy week report. I did not fish enough this week, because fishing in nasty weather is silly, at least if you’re 73. But I did get out one morning and caught two fishies. I’m still putting fishing tackle on ebay, and have been getting ready to have a yard sale.
Last week I wrote, “Here’s some news no one except Montana resident fly-fishers wanted to see” Silly me, I fell for an April fool’s prank, and then shared it. My apologies to everyone.
Yard sale at the Kumiski house April 18, 8AM to noon or so. Fishing rods, line, lures, some tools, camping gear, household goods, some clothing, and some miscellanea, priced to sell. 284 Clearview Road, Chuluota.
Fishing!
Not much. Went out on foot on Monday morning to the Econlockhatchee. In three hours two yearling bass were caught on plastic worms, and several others said no way. The clouds started moving in, looking like they intended to spit, so I left. And you know what? Those clouds kept spitting until Friday!
Friday was sunny with winds of 15-20. I did not fish, but did take some photos of “spring.” Got bitten by ants and pulled a tick off me once I got home, too.

I hope the weather gets better- I am sick of working on yard sale stuff.
That’s the windy rainy week report. Thanks for reading!
Every day is a blessing. Don’t waste it- Go fishing! Go paddling! Go walking! Stay active!
